REFUND POLICY
At Southpaw Baseball, we want you to love what you've ordered, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Here's our hassle-free return policy for those curveballs:

30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. We believe this gives you enough time to decide if your Southpaw product meets your expectations.

Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete your return.

Simple Process: To initiate a return, please contact us. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the returned items. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email. If the item is in stock, we’ll exchange it for you and ship your new item at no additional shipping cost.

Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
